Woodmont House

This new home in the hills above Berkeley was designed for a retired couple who wanted to move closer to their grown children and grandchildren. The single level floor plan allows for spacious yet connected shared areas that flow onto a courtyard and vegetable garden. The private wing of the house includes a master suite, guest bedrooms and an office. The house is sited at the top of a sloped parcel to provide grand views of the East Bay hills and reduce construction costs.
