Sunset Suite

Working with a client who brings a strong, inspired vision is one of our joys. For this longtime friend, we helped shape a fully integrated primary suite and a lush backyard retreat that merge architecture, landscape, and craft into a seamless whole.

The new suite opens to a richly layered series of decks, terraces, and garden rooms—an evolving landscape of wood, stone, and greenery that blurs the line between inside and out. A pergola-covered lounge, built-in seating, fire pit, and hot tub create a rhythm of spaces for gathering and retreat, each connected through material continuity and warm natural light.

The result is an everyday escape deeply tied to its site and the spirit of its owner.
