Uptown Co-living

This 20 story high-rise was designed to exemplify the best in modern co-living. The 112 unit building provides apartment suites of 2 – 5 studio rooms around a shared kitchen. Tenants use proprietary technology to connect with suite-mates who share interests and lifestyles. The building design focuses on building community with a strong emphasis on gathering and activity spaces including a large and well-appointed co-working area, modern fitness center, spacious communal kitchen, social lounge, dog run and expansive roof deck with pool, yoga lawn, grills, and fire pit.
