Located in Southwest Berkeley, this proposed mixed-use development reimagines an under utilized site with a blend of industrial, office, and residential uses. The project replaces a single-story commercial building with two architecturally integrated yet distinct structures—2820 San Pablo Avenue and 2821 10th Street—designed as a unified development.

At 2821 10th Street, a two-story building with a mezzanine and roof deck will accommodate office, research and development, and light manufacturing spaces.

The second building, fronting San Pablo Avenue, will rise four stories and comprise 15,000 square feet of mixed-use space, including offices, research and development areas, and a single residential unit. The program also includes 23 off-street parking spaces and a dedicated loading zone to support flexible tenant needs.

The overall project reflects a mix of programmatic uses tailored to Berkeley’s transitioning industrial zone.
