Modern El Cerrito Mixed Use

This new building at Potrero and San Pablo Avenues will have a big impact at this automotive crossroads in North El Cerrito. Located on a site that wraps around an existing gas station, the new mixed-use building will provide much-needed housing as well as a variety of gathering spaces for both tenants and the public. We expect the modern design will bring attention and new life to this important El Cerrito intersection. The project is scheduled for construction in early 2026.

The ground floor of the five-story building will provide a new brewery and restaurant, with patio seating in two locations.

Building tenants will also enjoy a private west-facing terrace at the second story and a look-out deck with views of the Bay and Mount Tam at the fifth floor.
