2480 Bancroft @ The Edge of Campus

Located at the edge of the UC Berkeley campus and the Telegraph Avenue Shopping District, this new mixed-use building will provide privately owned student housing just steps from the university. Dubbed “The Edge” the 8-story building includes a mix of unit types, from three to six-bedroom layouts and amenities tailored to address students’ needs. Gathering spaces include a spacious roof deck and large balconies overlooking the campus and bustling Bancroft Avenue. A convenient restaurant/café/bar is intended for the ground floor. The project is currently in construction.
