Fitness SF Marin

The conceptual design for this new high-end fitness facility makes the most of its location along a busy stretch of highway in Marin County.  The 34,000 square foot building shell swoops away from the highway while using the highway-facing side as a virtual billboard for the business. The design creates a landscaped private oasis on the “lee side” of the building with a large swimming pool, waterfall, and deck areas. The building is oriented to allow the exercise studios to flow outdoors onto a series of decks and verandas and emphasizes the views toward beautiful Mt. Tam.
