Stevens Creek Office + Shell Renovation

This project rehabilitated and repositioned a 13,000-square-foot mixed-use building into a high-performing workplace, transforming an underutilized property into a desirable office environment and more than doubling its prior revenue. The renovation focused on creating efficient, flexible space for modern work while maximizing value within the existing building shell. The dated postmodern façade elements were removed, prominent corners were reclad with wood siding, and the stucco was upgraded. Enclosing the front balconies added 10 percent more leasable area.

The interior was designed to support contemporary work styles, with light-filled, open floor plans that allow tenants to easily customize their spaces. Shared areas—including the lobby, stairs, and rear balcony—are finished in neutral tones with wood accents, reinforcing the building’s identity as a healthy, welcoming, and adaptable place to work.
