Our work began with master planning and feasibility studies to evaluate building code, zoning, structural, and infrastructure implications of campus expansion on the school’s sloped site. Based on this analysis, we developed a comprehensive plan that also includes a future music room expansion and targeted interior improvements, including a new Spanish classroom and expanded restroom facilities.
To support the proposed addition, we submitted a zoning and design review application for the full scope of future improvements, which is currently under review. In parallel, Studio KDA is advancing permit documentation for the kindergarten addition and associated interior upgrades, while later phases—including the music room expansion and kitchen upgrade—are planned for future implementation with entitlements secured in advance.
