The Job Captain is the technical backbone of the project — responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and coordination of the full construction document set. You’ll lead production of construction documents, direct a team of Project Coordinators, and coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil consultants to translate design intent into buildable, code-compliant drawings. Along the way, you’ll shadow the PM on client and consultant meetings, sharpen your project management skills, and deepen your construction knowledge. We’re looking for 4–6 years of professional experience, strong Revit skills, and a solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and the design/CD/CA process — a B.Arch or M.Arch is preferred, and active pursuit of licensure is a plus.
